SCHEDULE:

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.

PAY:

You’ll earn a $60,000-$80,000 salary, depending on experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Auditing and Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring the company and all necessary employees are in complete compliance with any client specific requirements and tracking any special projects undertaken by company departments adhere to all compliance requirements.

Your duties will include:

• Gather data from many systems for analysis
• Identify areas of risk and develop plan to bring into compliance
• Provide education to bring identified areas into compliance
• Guide departments through the documentation of their processes and ensure documentation are properly maintained
• Demonstrates understanding of HIPAA requirements with respect to contract reviews, information related policies and operations for the organization
• Performs other duties and activities as delegated

QUALIFICATIONS:

• College degree required
• Must be extremely detail-oriented
• Exceptional time-management and multitasking skills
