AB Staffing is now hiring Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT) in Kansas City, MO – NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED – Paid training, including CPR and PCM (Professional Crisis Management). Multiple locations in the Kansas City area.

40 hours/week
$18/hour
Weekly Direct deposit
Year-long, stable contracts that lead into a perm position with opportunity for growth!
Evening Shift 2pm-10pm
Night Shift 10pm-6am

*Part-time positions available for a weekend block schedule. Mid or Night shift. 16-24 hours/week.

Job Duties:

Serving the autistic community and individuals with maladaptive behaviors and intellectual developmental disorders.
Provide BCBA-directed behavioral therapy to help each client improve and become more independent.
Mainly working with ages 18-35.
Teach basic life skills and assists with day-to-day living.
Provide a safe and supportive environment.

Qualifications:

Have a true desire to help people
Strong communication skills
Must be resilient – This job can be very demanding at times but it is also very rewarding!
Clean background check
Driver’s License in good standing
