Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

AB Staffing is looking for an experienced, regional Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) that is available for the 2025/2026 School Year.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a mental health related field such as Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work; Master’s degree a plus.
• Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) Certification

• Must possess strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must demonstrate initiative and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Reliable transportation for regional travel.
• Must have the ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time; see and read a computer screen and printed material with or without vision aids; hear and understand speech at normal levels and on the telephone; speak in audible tones so that others may understand clearly in person and on the telephone; and the ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions; May include frequent walking, standing, stooping, lifting up to approximately 25 pounds and occasional lifting of equipment and/or materials weighing up to approximately 40 pounds may be required.

Job Description: 

• Caseload and details of position/classroom type will differ based on school location

• Contract through the school year – 37.5 to 40 hours per week
• Contract follows the academic district calendar

Job Duties:

• Oversee ABA programs and ensure fidelity of implementation across assigned sites.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Provide clinical supervision, training, and mentorship to BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs.
• Collaborate with families, school teams, and interdisciplinary professionals.
• Review data to guide treatment decisions and monitor client progress.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, clinical, and documentation standards.
• Travel regionally to support teams and conduct site visits

Salary:

• $2,625 – $2,812 per week
