We are looking for top performing sales professionals who are interested in making an impact in the healthcare field. We’ll teach you how to develop recruitment strategies to attract, screen and hire healthcare workers.

 

SCHEDULE:

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. Availability and willingness to work on Saturdays when necessary is required.

 

PAY:

You’ll earn a highly competitive base salary, plus uncapped commissions, and other bonus opportunities. On average, our recruiters earn $90,000+ after their first year!

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Primary responsibilities will focus on the recruitment of healthcare providers including Physicians, Nurses, Advanced Practice, and other clinical roles.

You will be expected to:

  • Generate a high volume of outbound calls daily
  • Recruit qualified healthcare professionals utilizing the internet, job boards, cold calls, and referrals
  • Screen and interview qualified candidates
  • Stay connected with candidates throughout the entire hiring process
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to generate referrals and sales leads

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5 years sales experience minimum
