Occupational Therapist

AB Staffing is looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) that is available for the 2026/2027 school year.

Occupational Therapist (OT) Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from an accredited college or university
• Must possess or be eligible for an Occupational Therapist License in the State of Arizona.
• At least one year of relevant work experience in a school and/or pediatric setting(s) preferred.
• BLS/CPR Cert.
• Physical ability to meet job demands (e.g., standing, sitting, lifting up to 40 lbs)

Job Description:

• Now Hiring: Occupational Therapists – OT (26/27 School Year) – Arizona
• Location: Multiple locations across Arizona
• Contract through the school year
• Schedule: 40 hours/week | Follows school district calendar
• Setting: Elementary, Middle, and High School openings

Essential Functions:

• Evaluate patients by observing their movements, performing standardized tests, and listening to their concerns to establish an individualized plan of care.
• Competent care rendered to patients. Use exercises, stretching, equipment, modalities, and hands-on therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with patients and motivate them to reach their goals.
• Provide continuity of care by communicating pertinent patient information with the rehab team, physicians, and other disciplines as needed.
• Document all patient care in accordance with department policies.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations; and adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.

Salary:

• Weekly Pay: Up to $2,480
• $55-$62/Hr
