Classroom Paraprofessional (Para) for ’22/23 School Year

Now hiring qualified Paraprofessionals (Paras) for the upcoming ’22/’23 SY:

• Full time position
• 35 – 40 hours per week
• Schedule follows district calendar
• $16/hour
• Weekly direct deposit

Multiple positions are available across the Greater Phoenix area.

Job Description:

• Support students in school under the supervision of a teacher.

• Provide one-on-one instructional assistance and help to execute/ reinforce lesson plans to small groups of students.
• Document student behavior to aid with BIP assessments, provide positive enforcement to maximize student’s ability to learn, and reduce disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

• Offer teachers insight as to how to best interact with their students.

Requirements:

• Active CPR/BLS Certification or ability to obtain
• AZ Level 1 Fingerprint Card or ability to obtain
• High School diploma or equivalent
