We are seeking a leading Recruitment Manager to add to our growing and successful team within our Gilbert office.

Healthcare Recruitment Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee designated team for effective recruitment of healthcare providers including Physicians, Nurses, Advanced Practice, and other clinical roles.
• Serve as primary point of contact for designated Recruitment team, Providers and Clients.
• Delegate client openings to team of recruiters while supporting them in filling those jobs.
• Offer ongoing hands on training, support, mentorship and coaching.
• Other tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years in healthcare staffing management OR 5-10 years in recruiting management.
• Proven ability to lead teams to achieve goals, KPIs and deadlines.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Demonstrates adaptability and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative team player with a positive outlook, even under pressure.
• Proven track record of task management and meeting deadlines.
