• Documented success in outbound sales or account management
• Previous healthcare or recruitment experience
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced office setting
• Driven and dedicated to hitting individual and team goals
• Strong work ethic
• Comfort and knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe; Automated Tracking Systems a plus
