Requirements:

• Active Colorado RN license or qualifying multistate license
• Current BLS/CPR
• Strong assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a school environment
• Pediatric, school-based, home health, or 1:1 nursing experience is preferred

AB Staffing Solutions is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, school-based 1:1 nursing opportunity in Aurora, Colorado for the 2026–2027 school year.

Pay: Up to $48/hour W-2
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours: Approximately 37.5 hours/week
Start: ASAP
Duration: 2026–2027 school year
Setting: School-based, 1:1 nursing

Essential Functions:

You’ll provide dedicated nursing support to an individual student throughout the school day while working alongside school staff and other members of the educational team.

Responsibilities may include providing nursing care according to established orders and care plans, monitoring the student’s health and safety, maintaining appropriate documentation, and communicating with the appropriate members of the student’s care and educational teams.

Salary:

•  $48 per hour
• $1,960 per week
