Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) SLP license
• Professional Educator License (PEL)
• Strong knowledge of special education standards and requirements
• Experience assessing and remediating speech and language disabilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Chicago, IL | 2026-2027 School Year

AB Staffing is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Chicago, IL. This is a full-time opportunity for a dedicated SLP looking to make a meaningful impact in middle school students’ communication development and academic success.

Position Details:

• Middle school setting
• In-person
• 36 hours/week
• Start: ASAP
• End: 06/11/2027
• Pay: $2,268-$2,412/week

Essential Functions:

• Assess and identify students’ speech and language needs
• Develop and implement IEPs
• Provide individual and group therapy
• Monitor student progress
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, administrators, and other specialists

Salary:

• $63-$67 per hour
• $2,268.00 – $2,412.00 per week
