Speech Language Pathologist

AB Staffing is looking for an experienced Speech Language Pathologist that is available for the 2026/2027 school year.

Requirements:

• Current Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (CFs may be considered based on district needs)
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

We are currently seeking Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time, onsite school-based opportunities near Temple, Texas for the 2026–2027 school year.

Position Details

• Full-time, Monday–Friday
• 40 hours per week
• Onsite school-based setting
• 2026–2027 school year assignment

Essential Functions:

• Assess, evaluate, and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
• Provide direct speech-language therapy services in accordance with students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and compliance with federal, state, and district regulations.
• Provide consultation and support to school staff and families regarding communication strategies and student progress.

Salary:

• $60.00-$70.00 per hour

• $2,400.00 – $2,800.00 per week
