Lance Schugg, President: “AB Staffing is a temporary healthcare staffing company that specializes in placing Nurses, Physicians, Allied Health, and Educational professionals.”

Vonny Middlebrooks, Vice President of Recruitment: “Our team has done a phenomenal job, initially starting within this area, so if we look at Arizona and the southwestern region over the past four to five years we’ve focused on diversifying with those accounts. I think primarily that comes from our sales team visiting a lot of our clients.”

Evan Burks, Chief Executive Officer: “What does differentiate AB Staffing with competitors. You know I always boil it down to our mission statement. There are four keywords in that statement: integrity, competence, innovation, and execution. We understand where the client’s coming from instead of just going through the options.”

Lance Schugg: “The unique thing about AB Staffing is we started as a small company only staffing half a dozen hospitals in the four corners area. Now we staff 80 different specialties in 48 different states.”

Vonny Middlebrooks, Vice President of Recruitment: “I think we’re extremely fortunate to have all of our departments under one roof. When we take a look at our operations, when we single out our sales team and our recruitment team, it allows us to collaborate on a daily basis to ensure that we’re positioning ourselves to best support our clients, travelers, and providers.”

Lance Schugg, President: “With the ever growing demand and healthcare and the shortage of providers only increasing it is ever important to find more providers and place them into hospitals on temporary basis, especially in some of the rural areas that we serve the patients wouldn’t otherwise not receive care without some of the travel professionals in place.

Evan Burks, Chief Executive Officer: “You have to have good smart people who will take that strategic plan and improve a plan. And I think we have, what I consider in my long career, one of the best teams that I’ve ever worked with, that truly care about the client and about the employee. So it’s about mapping the future and growing. And the one thing you can’t lose sight of is what does a client need. You meet that need, you address that that need with solution, good things will always happen.”
